Nico Millman is a writer, editor, and researcher based in Chicago, Illinois. He is currently the Media & Communications Specialist at the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) and adjunct faculty in the Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse at DePaul University. He is also a Documenter in the City Bureau's Documenters Network

He earned his PhD in English from the University of Pennsylvania in August 2024, his MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and his BA in English and Global Studies from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

He writes cultural criticism and journalism covering grassroots activism, labor movements, and migrant communities.
